Katelyn Buckner, FNP

Katelyn Buckner, family nurse practitioner, was born and raised in East Tennessee. Katelyn’s journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2014. She furthered her expertise by earning a Master of Science in Nursing in 2017.

Her early career as a registered nurse at Holston Valley Medical Center, level 1 trauma center, provided her with invaluable experience in neurology, orthopedics, and trauma. Her passion for orthopedics led her to obtain an Orthopedic Nursing Certification, solidifying her expertise in this field.

As she transitioned to a nurse practitioner role at Integrated Medical Practices, she collaborated with chiropractors, focusing on homeopathic treatments and natural solutions for orthopedic injuries. She has attended Injection University, in Colorado, to further her knowledge and training in ultrasound-guided injections. This experience ignited her passion for regenerative medicine.

With her expertise in musculoskeletal joint injections and regenerative medicine therapies, she has successfully treated a diverse range of patients, helping them regain mobility and pain-free living. In addition, she is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Beyond her professional endeavors, Katelyn cherishes time with her husband (Charlton), daughter (Tatum), and son (Axel), and their cavapoo dog (Jax). They enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the beauty of East Tennessee’s lakes and mountains.
